Fabric Banners — no glare, no curl
For indoor displays where vinyl is too shiny and paper is too fragile, fabric polyester is the answer. Photo-quality dye-sub print, machine-washable, glare-free under event lighting. Used as trade-show backdrops, retail interior wall art, and event step-into-image walls.
Why fabric, not vinyl
Vinyl reflects light. Fabric absorbs it. In a trade-show booth, that difference is the difference between a photo worth printing and a glare wash-out.
Glare-free finish
Polyester absorbs light, so logos and photos read clearly under event spotlights and overhead fluorescents.
Photo-quality print
Dye-sub ink bonds at the molecular level with the polyester — gradients are smooth, edges crisp at any resolution.
Machine-washable
Throw it in a standard front-loader for a refresh between events. Hang-dry, iron on low if needed.
Folds flat for shipping
Fabric banners fold to ~24×18×4 in — ship via LBC or J&J without the dimensional surcharges of rolled vinyl.
Reusable & repositionable
Use the same banner at three different trade shows with new grommets sewn at the right positions each time.
Photo-real color
Unlimited CMYK palette — same color density for any complex full-bleed photo or gradient.
Specs & standard sizes
Three fabric weights — pick by use case. Hems, grommets, and pole pockets are all sewn into the print.

Fabric banner questions
Can I use a fabric banner outdoors?
Lightly, yes — fabric polyester has 6–12 month outdoor lifespan under shade or covered conditions. For direct sun, we recommend a UV-protected satin polyester option (adds 25% to per-piece price) that holds 2+ years of color. For full-year outdoor, vinyl is still the right material.
How do I hang a fabric backdrop at a trade show?
Three standard methods: (1) pole pockets top and bottom on a pipe-and-drape frame, (2) grommets every 2 ft on a banner-stand frame, (3) velcro strips sewn to the back for direct wall-mount. We sew any combination at no extra charge — just specify at upload.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
Dye-sub print is calibrated to sRGB on coated polyester. Expect roughly 90–95% color match against a calibrated monitor and 85% against an uncalibrated one. We send a struck-proof PDF for sign-off before production on orders above 50 sqft. For exact Pantone matches, request a Pantone-coated strike (₱1,500 surcharge).
Can fabric banners be fire-rated?
Yes — we offer NFPA 701 fire-rated polyester for indoor commercial installs (convention centers, hotels, theaters) where local fire code requires flame-resistant materials. Adds 30% to per-piece price and adds 2 days to turnaround.
