What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom gym bags?
Standard MOQ is 30–50 pieces per design depending on bag type. For fitness-center rollouts or school PE programs (200+ pieces) we offer volume pricing, per-size sorting, and bundled shipments. Cinch sacks have the lowest MOQ at 50 pieces; heavy-duty sports duffels require only 20.
Can you do all-over sublimation on duffel bags?
Yes. We run full-bleed sublimation on 600D polyester duffels and cinch sacks. Artwork is accepted in PNG, TIFF, or AI at 150 DPI minimum. Complex gradients and photographic reproduction are supported. Note that all-over sublimation is most cost-effective on flat-panel bags (cinch sacks, shoe bags) — barrel duffels work best with panel-by-panel sublimation or embroidery.
Do you supply reinforced hardware (zippers, handles, straps)?
Yes. All our duffels ship with YKK zippers (or equivalent), reinforced nylon stitching at stress points, padded wraparound handles, and removable shoulder straps on 45L+ bags. Hardware upgrades (trolley sleeves, ventilated shoe compartments, custom zipper pulls) are available on request.
Can you print player numbers and team rosters on sports duffels?
Yes. We accept sequential player lists and produce each bag with embroidered or heat-transferred player numbers. We also offer multi-name personalization for team issue (each bag customized with a different player name) at a modest per-unit premium.
