Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for lanyards?
100 pieces per design. For mixed lanyard types in one order (e.g. woven + dye-sub), the minimum applies per design. Re-orders from stored artwork can be as low as 50 pieces.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (3–5 days) are available for an additional fee depending on quantity and lanyard type.
Which lanyard type should I choose?
Dye-sublimated polyester is the most popular — best for full-color logos, gradients, and photos. Woven polyester feels more premium and is the most durable for daily wear. Tubular is the budget pick for large events. Heat-transfer is best for detailed small text. Send us your logo and use case, and we'll recommend.
What standard widths are available?
Standard widths are 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. 20mm is the most common; 25mm gives more room for detailed logos. Custom widths available on request with higher minimums.
Do you offer breakaway safety clasps?
Yes — breakaway clasps are standard on all our lanyards. They're required for schools, hospitals, and industrial sites, and we don't charge extra for them. Specify at quote if you need them.
Can I add a name or number to each lanyard?
For bulk orders, yes — we can serialize names or numbers at no extra charge if you provide a spreadsheet. Most useful for conferences and team identification.
What's the difference between a badge reel and a lanyard?
A lanyard hangs around the neck with a strap. A badge reel is a small retractable reel that clips to a belt or pocket, with a 60cm cable that pulls out and retracts. Reels are common in healthcare, security, and warehouses where tap-to-access is frequent. Most orders include both: a lanyard for visibility, plus a reel for daily use.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days. Customs and duties are paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
