Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about ordering acrylic arch signs and door hangers.
Can I order a blank arch and print it myself?
Yes. Blank arch boards in clear, frosted, and colored acrylic ship with protective film, ready for your own UV print, vinyl, or paint. Choose with or without a hanging hole.
How does the sign hang or stand?
Choose a drilled hole with ribbon for a hanging arch, a standoff mount for a wall, or a wooden or acrylic base to stand it upright on a table. We confirm the mount in the mockup.
Are the door hangers two sided?
Yes. Most hotel door hangers print both messages, do not disturb on one face and please make up room on the other. Single message hangers are also available.
Do you supply hotels with a full room set?
Yes. We produce hangers and room signage in bulk for hotels and resorts, matching the property branding across all rooms in one consistent run.
What is the minimum order?
Custom printed signs start at 50 pieces per design, which suits event and hotel rollouts. Single signs and small runs can be discussed. Blank arches have lower minimums.
How long is production and delivery?
Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after approval. Event dates can be rushed on request. Shipping is 2 to 5 days depending on location.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the Philippines through LBC, J&T Express, and our own routes. Pickup is free at any branch.
Can you match a specific arch curve?
Yes. Send a reference or an outline and we will match the curve shape. The arch radius is confirmed in the mockup before cutting.
