What medal materials do you offer?
We offer die-cast metal (zinc alloy, 3D detail, gold/silver/bronze finish), stamped metal (classic, budget-friendly), acrylic (laser-cut, full-color UV print), sublimation metal (photo-quality full-bleed), and wood (eco-friendly, laser-engraved). Each material is suited for different events and budgets.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days depending on the medal type, quantity, and engraving complexity. Rush orders (1–3 days) are available for an additional fee — this is the option race directors use when a print deadline slips. We'll give you an exact timeline when you place your order.
Can I customize the design and text on each medal?
Yes! We can engrave or print names, dates, event titles, logos, and custom text on all our medals. For bulk orders, we typically print the same design across all medals. For personalized one-offs (e.g., engraved winner medals with each recipient's name), sublimation is the most cost-effective option.
Do you offer custom ribbons in my event colors?
Yes. We carry polyester ribbons in any color combination, with custom printing of your event name, year, or sponsor. Standard ribbon widths are 2cm and 2.5cm. Custom widths are available on bulk orders. We also offer lanyard-style neck ribbons for heavier medals.
What file formats do you accept for medal designs?
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. High-resolution files (300 DPI minimum) are preferred for print. If you don't have a design ready, our team can create one for free on qualifying orders. We can also work from sketches or photographs — we'll vectorize and mock it up for your approval.
Do you ship medals nationwide?
Yes! We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local delivery is available in Tagum City, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro. You can also pick up at any of our 5 branches. For large bulk orders, we can arrange dedicated couriers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer (BDO, BPI), GCash, Maya, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, with the balance due upon completion. Corporate net-30 terms are available with approved credit — contact us if your organization needs invoice billing.
