Built for the Harsh Marine Environment
Standard polyester degrades and overheats under direct tropical sun. Our fishing jerseys use custom-formulated micro-filament knits built for endurance.
UPF 50+ Permanent Barrier
Woven with dense micro-yarns that block 98%+ of harmful UVA and UVB radiation. UV protection is structural to the fiber and will not wash out over time.
Hydrophobic Quick-Dry Action
Channels saltwater spray and perspiration away from the skin toward the outer face of the garment for ultra-fast evaporative cooling in humid offshore climates.
Anti-Microbial & Odor Shield
Silver-ion fabric finish inhibits bacterial growth caused by sweat, bait, and slime, keeping jerseys fresh through multi-day tournaments.
Hook & Snag Resistance
Interlock high-gauge construction minimizes fiber pulls from fishing hooks, boat gunwales, tackle boxes, and non-skid deck surfaces.
4-Way Casting Ergonomics
Raglan sleeve cut eliminates shoulder seam chafing and provides full overhead range of motion for aggressive casting, jigging, and rod loading.
Sublimation Gas Infusion
Dye particles are gas-fused into the polyester polymer chains. Prints will never crack, peel, fade under UV, or restrict fabric breathability.
Custom Gamefish & Tournament Graphics
Bring your boat name, tournament sponsors, and favorite pelagic species to life with edge-to-edge full dye sublimation. Our in-house artists assist with realistic marine illustrations and layout setup.
Sponsor Placement Zones
Seamlessly place multiple sponsor logos without extra plate or screen setup fees:
- Chest Primary: Boat / Team Logo
- Sleeves (L/R): Tackle / Marine Sponsors
- Back Hero: Large Gamefish Illustration
- Collar / Hood: Outboard / Electronics Brands
- Individual Names: Angler / Captain Roster

Custom Fishing Shirts FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity for custom fishing shirts?
Our minimum order is 50 pieces per custom design. You can mix adult and youth sizes (XS through 6XL) and include individual angler or captain names across your roster at no extra setup charge.
Is the UPF 50+ sun protection permanent or a wash-out coating?
Our UPF 50+ rating is engineered directly into the tight molecular knit of the micro-filament polyester fibers. It does not rely on chemical dipping coatings and will not wash out over the life of the shirt.
Can you design custom pelagic gamefish artwork for our tournament team?
Yes. Our in-house graphic design department can create custom gamefish illustrations (Marlin, Tuna, Dorado, Wahoo, Sailfish, Bass) or incorporate your boat name, charter logo, and multiple tournament sponsors into print-ready sublimation vector files.
How long does international export shipping take?
Express international air courier (DHL / FedEx) typically takes 3–5 business days to the United States, Australia, and Western Europe. Standard air cargo takes 4–7 days, and ocean freight takes 20–35 days depending on the destination port.
What styles of fishing shirts can you manufacture?
We manufacture long-sleeve raglan crewnecks, sun hoodies with integrated face masks, quarter-zip guide polos, short-sleeve boat shirts, matching UV neck gaiters, and quick-dry 4-way stretch fishing shorts.
