What is the difference between flat and built up letters?
Flat letters are a single layer of cut acrylic mounted to the wall. Built up letters add a return wall behind the face for real depth, so they read clearly from the side and look more premium. Built up costs more but is the standard for storefronts.
Do you provide a mounting template?
Yes. Every letter set ships with a full size paper template showing the exact position and drill points, plus spacers and fixings so your installer can align the text correctly.
Can the letters be lit?
Yes. We build front lit, back lit, and halo lit sets with LED modules and a driver. Tell us the effect you want and whether power is available at the sign location.
What is the minimum order?
We accept single wall phrases and bulk alphabet blank sets. Custom 3D lettering is quoted per letter, based on size and depth.
Are the letters safe for outdoor use?
Yes, with the right sheet and fixings. We use UV stable acrylic and outdoor rated hardware for exposed storefronts, and we confirm the mounting surface before quoting.
How long is production and delivery?
Flat letters are 3 to 5 business days after approval. Built up and lit sets take longer depending on size. Shipping is 2 to 5 days depending on location.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the Philippines through LBC, J&T Express, and our own routes. Pickup is free at any branch.
