Is cast or extruded acrylic better?
Cast acrylic is clearer, more scratch resistant, and machines better, which is why we stock cast for fabrication. Extruded is cheaper but yellows sooner and cuts less cleanly. Ask about extruded only if the price matters more than the life of the part.
Can you cut a custom size and shape?
Yes. Send a cutting list or an outline and we laser cut or CNC route to size, including holes, slots, rounded corners, and full custom silhouettes.
What is the minimum order for sheet stock?
Single sheets and small cut lists are accepted, with trade pricing starting at volume. Full sheet orders are quoted per sheet and per cut.
Do you supply precut blanks in standard shapes?
Yes. We keep common blanks ready to cut, including rounds, ovals, arches, hexagons, spotify style keychain blanks, and bookmark and tag shapes, in clear, black, white, and frosted.
How do I cut or polish the sheet after I receive it?
Laser or CNC gives the cleanest edge. If you cut by hand, leave the protective film on, score and snap for straight cuts, and flame polish the edge for clarity. We can pre polish edges so your part is finished on arrival.
Will the sheets arrive without scratches?
Yes. Protected film stays on both faces and panels ship flat with edge guards between sheets. Do not remove the film until you are ready to print or install.
How long is production and delivery?
Standard cutting is 3 to 5 business days after approval. Large sheet cut lists may take longer. Shipping is 2 to 5 days depending on location.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the Philippines through LBC, J&T Express, and our own routes. Large sheets ship crated. Pickup is free at any branch.
