Makati City is the heartbeat of Philippine business, and nothing says polished professionalism like a crisp custom polo shirt. Whether you’re outfitting a corporate team in BGC, launching a brand in Legazpi Village, or simply want a personalized look for your next weekend event, a well-made polo shirt delivers both style and comfort. At our custom printing shop, we specialize in turning your ideas into wearable art. In this post, we’ll break down everything you need to know about fabric choices, printing methods, design inspiration, and how to get your order rolling—with nationwide delivery right here in the Philippines.
Fabric Options for Makati’s Climate
The Philippines is warm year-round, so choosing the right fabric is key to keeping your team cool and comfortable. Our most popular choices include:
- Polyester (Microfiber) – Lightweight, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying. Ideal for active events or outdoor activations. Holds vibrant colors perfectly for sublimation.
- Cotton-Polyester Blend – Combines breathable cotton with durable polyester. Great for office wear because it resists wrinkles while feeling soft.
- 100% Cotton – Premium feel and natural breathability. Best for casual or premium uniforms, but note that cotton can shrink slightly on first wash.
- Pique Knit – Classic polo texture with a structured look. Usually in cotton or blend. Excellent for corporate shirts with embroidered logos.
We also offer performance dri-fit variants for those who need extra sweat management during long commutes or outdoor shoots.
Print Methods That Last
Your design deserves a finish that stays sharp through countless wears and washes. Here are the methods we use:
- Sublimation – Dyes are infused into polyester fabric. No peeling, cracking, or fading. Perfect for full-color, all-over prints including photo-realistic designs.
- Screen Printing – Economical for bulk orders. Great for solid logos and text on cotton or blends. Vibrant and durable.
- Embroidery – Gives a premium, raised finish. Ideal for small logos on the chest or sleeve. Available in up to 12 thread colors.
- Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) – For small runs or personalized names. Works on most fabrics. Good for single-color minimalist designs.
- Direct-to-Film (DTF) – A newer method that allows full-color prints on cotton without the heavy hand feel. Perfect for detailed artwork on polo shirts.
We always recommend the best method based on your fabric and design complexity—no upsells, just honest advice.
Design Ideas for Your Custom Polo

- Full Back Print – Perfect for event staff or team shirts. Use sublimation for bold graphics.
- Collared Contrast Trim – Add a second color to the collar and cuffs for a modern look.
- Name and Title – Great for trade shows or management teams. Combine embroidery for names with a printed logo.
