Corporate apparel FAQ
What is the minimum order for corporate apparel?
From 12 pieces per design for most garments, which covers a small office or a single department. The office polo cost tiers above start at 20 pieces, and event shirts start at 40 pieces, because those programmes include size breaks and higher setup.
Can you supply one program for several departments?
Yes. We build one master design per garment family and recolor or re trim it per department at no extra design fee, so the whole company looks coordinated without looking identical.
Do you issue official receipts and handle withholding tax?
Yes. RB Advertising issues BIR registered official sales invoices and processes Form 2307 withholding certificates, so finance can book the purchase without special arrangements.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. Send your Pantone reference and we dye or decorate to a Delta E tolerance below 2.0 on logo work, then confirm with a physical sample before the full run.
Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We ship nationwide through our courier network and split the delivery by site with per location packing manifests. Our own branches are in Tagum City and Cagayan de Oro, and orders are collected from the main office in Barangay Mankilam, Tagum City.
How long does a company uniform rollout take?
Office polos run 5 to 15 business days after artwork approval depending on volume, with the shorter slot for department starter orders and the longer slot for enterprise scale runs. Event shirts follow the same pattern by headcount tier.
Can we order a sample before committing to the full program?
Yes. Sample kits with your logo can be produced before the main order so your committee can check fit, fabric and embroidery on real garments first.
Do you supply international buyers as well?
Yes, as a secondary lane. Overseas companies order corporate apparel through our export desk with full documentation and preferential duty treatment where the rules of origin are met. Philippine buyers remain our primary corporate service.
