Our minimum order is just 30 pieces per design. We handle small orders for individual teams and large-scale production runs of 10,000+ patches. Pricing is more competitive at higher quantities — contact us for a volume quote.
What’s the difference between embroidered and woven patches?
Embroidered patches use raised thread stitches that create a textured, three-dimensional surface — best for bold logos and designs with up to 10 colors. Woven patches use thinner threads in a flat weave, producing sharper detail and crisper small text — ideal for intricate designs or compact sizes where readability matters.
Can you make military rank patches?
Absolutely! We manufacture rank insignia, unit patches, Philippine flag patches, and morale patches for military and defense clients. We use colorfast threads and durable backings that withstand field conditions and operational wear.
Which backing should I choose?
It depends on how you’ll use the patch. Iron-on is quick and permanent for everyday garments. Sew-on is the most durable for heavy-use uniforms. Velcro/Hook-and-Loop lets you swap patches on tactical gear. PVC border gives a clean, finished edge for display or badge use. We can advise based on your specific needs.
What sizes are available?

How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on quantity and design complexity. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available for urgent needs. We’ provide an exact timeline when you place your order.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes! Visit any of our 5 branches to inspect patch samples and see our work in person. We can also produce a single sample patch before bulk production so you can approve the design, colors, and quality.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, and Lazada nationwide. Local delivery is available in Tagum City, Davao City, and Cagayan de Oro. You can also pick up at any of our branches.
