What is the minimum order for custom promotional items?
It depends on the item. Apparel and awards start at 10 pieces, drinkware and bags at 20 pieces, and lanyards, pins, and office items at 50 pieces. Tell us your target quantity and we will match you with items that fit.
Can I combine several products in one order?
Yes. We build gift kits that mix categories, for example a tumbler, notebook, and keychain, then pack them together in one box with a single consistent logo and colour match.
How do you brand items that are not fabric?
Metal, wood, bamboo, and glass are laser engraved. Curved plastics and small items use pad printing. Coated drinkware uses full colour sublimation. We confirm the best method on your free mockup.
How long is production and delivery?
Standard production is 7 to 14 days after sample approval. Rush handling of 3 to 5 days is possible for in stock items. Shipping adds 1 to 3 days in Metro Manila and major cities, and 3 to 7 days to provincial addresses.
Can I approve a sample before full production?
Yes. We provide a physical or digital sample so you can check print position, colour, and material. Bulk production begins only after you approve it.
Do you deliver to provincial addresses?
Yes. We ship nationwide through LBC, JRS, DHL, and FedEx, and you can also collect from any of our six branches.
Do you issue BIR receipts and PhilGEPS documents?
Yes. We are a PhilGEPS Platinum registered supplier and issue official BIR receipts, quotations, and purchase order documents for institutional and government buyers.
