Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about ordering custom printed tapestry.
What fabric is the tapestry printed on?
Soft, lightweight polyester, which takes sublimation print permanently and stays vivid after washing. It is wrinkle resistant, so it hangs well and rolls up small for storage and travel.
Can I order any size?
Yes. Tapestry is printed and cut to your finished size, so any width and height is possible within our press width. Backdrops can be printed in sections if you need a very wide piece.
How does it hang?
Choose a sewn sleeve for a rod, metal grommets along the top for ties or hooks, or looped corners for pins. Tell us your hanging method and we finish it to match.
Will the print fade or crack?
No. Sublimation fuses the color into the fabric rather than sitting on top, so it does not crack or peel and resists fading. Wash cold and hang dry to keep it looking new.
What is the minimum order?
Single pieces are welcome for wall tapestry and table cloth. Bulk pricing starts at volume for clubs, events, and retail programs. Message us with your size and quantity for a quote.
Can you print logos and names on club flags?
Yes. We print club crests, sponsor logos, member names, and slogans on flags and pennants, with double sided printing available for flags that must read from both sides.
How long is production and delivery?
Standard production is 3 to 5 business days after approval, plus 2 to 5 days for shipping depending on location. Large backdrops and bulk sets may take longer.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the Philippines through LBC, J&T Express, and our own routes. Pickup is free at any branch.
