Dri-fit shirts FAQ
What is the best printing method for dri-fit?
Sublimation gives the best result on polyester because the dye bonds into the fabric and never cracks. DTF with a stretch film is a strong choice for detailed multi color logos. Heavy plastisol silkscreen is not recommended on dri-fit because it does not flex with the knit.
Will the print crack when the fabric stretches?
Not with the right method. Sublimation is permanent, and DTF on performance fabric uses a stretch film that flexes with the knit. We select the method based on the artwork and the garment stretch.
Is dri-fit good for the Philippine climate?
Yes. The lightweight knit and wicking finish are built for heat and humidity, which is why it is our default for outdoor sports, runs, and field staff.
Can I mix dri-fit and cotton within one order?
Yes. Many programs order dri-fit for active roles and cotton for casual pieces. We coordinate the branding so the logo and colors stay consistent across both.
What is the minimum order for dri-fit shirts?
From 20 pieces per design. Smaller quantities can be quoted on request, and volume pricing improves from 100 pieces upward.
