Combed Cotton Piqué

Knit

The classic polo shirt fabric - looped knit with a textured face, soft hand-feel, and a structured drape that holds embroidery cleanly. Our most-requested polo substrate.

A heavier, more textured piqué with a visible hexagonal weave. Higher GSM than standard piqué - gives the polo a premium, almost seersucker-like depth.

Outerwear

Corporate polo

Cotton Piqué (200 gsm) - the safe, presentable default. Honeycomb Piqué (260 gsm) for premium lines.

Event t-shirt

Cotton Jersey (180 gsm). DTG or DTF for low-MOQ color photo prints; silkscreen for high-volume spot color.

Sports jersey

Dri-Fit Polyester Interlock for embroidery + spot color. Sublimation Polyester for full-bleed photo prints.

Hoodie / sweatshirt

Microfiber Fleece (320 gsm). Double-brushed for cold offices; single-brushed for tropical climates.

Corporate jacket

3-Layer Softshell for year-round. Taslan Nylon for lightweight packable shells.

Construction / oil & gas

Ripstop 240 gsm. Add Hi-Vis substrate panels and 3M reflective tape for roadwork-class PPE.

Tote bag / apron

Cotton Canvas 12 oz. Washes well; softens with use; takes silkscreen, DTF, and embroidery.

Sublimation full-print

Sublimation Polyester - only option. Use white or pastel base; expect 4–6 day turnaround for dye-sub.

We'll mail you a free 12-fabric swatch card (10×10 cm samples of each) so you can hand-feel the substrate before you commit to a production run. Standard delivery in 3–5 working days within the Philippines.

Fabric questions, answered

Can I mix two fabrics in one order?

Yes - same garment, different fabrics per piece is fine (e.g. polo body in cotton piqué, collar/cuffs in rib knit). Mixed-fabric orders do not change the per-piece price; the only surcharge is a one-time pattern grading fee of ₱1,500 per additional fabric per style.

Do you supply fabric test reports?

For orders above 500 pieces, yes - we provide mill-issued composition, weight, and colorfastness certificates at no charge. For smaller orders, we can issue a paid (₱2,500) third-party SGS test if your procurement team requires one.

What's the difference between cotton piqué and honeycomb piqué?

Both are polo-shirt knits, but honeycomb has a visible 3D hexagonal texture (heavier, more casual-luxe feel), while standard cotton piqué is flatter and lighter. Honeycomb takes embroidery better; standard piqué is more breathable for tropical climates.

Can you source a fabric I don't see on this page?

Yes. We work with mills in Guangzhou, Laguna, and Cavite. For orders ≥300 pieces, we can mill custom knit or woven fabrics to spec (composition, weight, color). Lead time is 4–6 weeks for custom mill runs.

What's your MOQ for sublimation on polyester?

10 pieces minimum for any design, no design setup fee. Each additional design on the same order is +₱500 setup. We do not charge per color - sublimation is CMYK + white base.

Are your fabrics OEKO-TEX certified?

Our cotton substrates (piqué, jersey, fleece) are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified on request. Performance polyesters are OEKO-TEX Class II. We include the certificate PDF with every shipment above 200 pieces.

Do you have recycled or sustainable fabric options?

Yes - recycled-polyester (rPET from bottle flake) for sports shirts and outerwear, and recycled-cotton canvas for totes and aprons. Both carry a 15–20% price premium over virgin substrates.
