You receive a digital proof of the artwork on the actual garment, color, and placement, so there are no surprises at delivery.

What to send for the best result

Design review FAQ
Is the design review really free?
Yes. The file check, color matching, printability review, and digital mockup are included with your order at no extra charge.
What if my logo is low resolution?
We tell you if the file will print cleanly or needs cleanup. Where possible we redraw a sharp vector version. If a file cannot be saved, we say so before production rather than print a poor result.
Can you create a design from scratch?
We can clean up, redraw, and lay out your existing artwork, and build a mockup. For full original design work, ask us and we will scope it separately.
Do I approve the design before you print?
Always. Nothing goes to production until you approve the mockup. The approved file is what we print, so the proof is your guarantee of the final look.
How long does the review take?
Usually within 1 to 3 working days. Complex artwork or a full redraw may take a little longer, and we will tell you upfront.
