Visibility classes

Matching the class to the job

Visibility class is set by how much fluorescent background and retroreflective material the garment carries, and by your site risk assessment. We build to the class you specify.

ClassTypical useCommon garments
Class 1Low risk, off road, or near moving vehicles at low speedVests, polo shirts, caps
Class 2Moderate risk with moving traffic and poor lightVests, shirts, polos, jackets
Class 3High risk, high speed traffic, or low light over long shiftsJackets, overalls, pants with sleeves

Certification belongs to a tested article, so the fabric, tape, and construction all matter, not the fabric alone. We record the specification for each style and provide it with the order.

Questions

Hi-vis safety wear FAQ

Can you build hi-vis to a specific visibility class?

Yes. Tell us the standard and class your safety officer or tender names, such as EN ISO 20471 Class 2 or ANSI Class 3, and we select the fluorescent fabric, tape, and construction to match that specification.

Do you provide documentation for procurement?

Yes. We prepare a specification sheet that answers the Terms of Reference line by line, aligned to DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Standards, with bidding documents and official BIR invoicing for public procurement.

Can one garment combine high visibility and flame resistance?

Yes. We build combined flame resistant hi-vis shirt jacs and jackets using fluorescent fabric with flame resistant retroreflective tape, so the trim does not undermine the protection.

Can you brand the hi-vis garments with our logo?

Yes. Embroidery and heat transfer branding are available for vests, polos, shirts, jackets, and caps. We keep the logo clear of the reflective tape so visibility is not reduced.

What is the minimum order for hi-vis?

From 20 pieces per style. Volume pricing improves from 100 pieces upward, and public procurement quantities are quoted against the tender specification.
