The world’s largest techno parade returns to Zurich on Saturday, August 8, 2026 for its 33rd edition. The Zurich Street Parade transforms the city’s lakefront into a massive open-air club, with 30 Love Mobiles, multiple stages, and top international DJs playing house and techno from 1:00 PM to midnight.
The Ultimate Street Party
Since 1992, the Zurich Street Parade has been a free, non-commercial demonstration for love, peace, freedom, and tolerance. The 2.0 km parade route starts at Utoquai in Zurich’s Seefeld district and rolls around the lake basin via Bellevue, Quaibrücke, and Bürkliplatz to Hafendamm Enge. Headliners this year include Adam Beyer, Andrea Oliva, and Archie Hamilton, with many more artists yet to be announced.
What to Wear to Street Parade
The Street Parade is famous for its colorful, creative outfits. From elaborate costumes to simple festival tees, anything goes. Our Switzerland collection has the perfect custom-printed t-shirts, tank tops, and accessories for the occasion. With Zurich’s August temperatures typically reaching 25-30 C, lightweight, breathable fabrics are essential for dancing all day along the lake.
Plan Your Street Parade Experience
The event is free and open to all. Zurich is easily accessible by train from all Swiss cities and neighboring European countries. The parade runs from 1:00 PM to midnight with after-parties continuing into the early hours. Bring sturdy sneakers, earplugs, and plenty of water. Public transport is the recommended way to arrive as there is no parking in the city center.
