- The same print or embroidery placement and color count
- A comparable production and delivery timeline
- A clear itemised breakdown of unit price and charges
Does not qualify
- Clearance, liquidation, or below cost promo pricing
- Quotes with typographical or pricing errors
- Government subsidised or grant funded pricing
- Quotes that are not like for like, such as a lighter fabric or fewer print colors
- Sample or single piece pricing compared against bulk
- Quotes without a written itemised breakdown

What counts as like for like?
The same garment and fabric, the same quantity, the same decoration method, the same placement and color count, and a comparable production and delivery timeline. A lighter fabric or fewer print colors is not like for like.
How fast do you respond?
Usually within one business day of receiving a complete written quote. If anything is unclear, we ask before quoting.
Can you beat a quote from an online-only store?
Yes, as long as the spec is comparable and the quote is written and itemised. Pricing that is not genuinely comparable, such as a different fabric or a lower print spec, does not qualify.
Does the beaten price apply to future orders?
The guarantee applies to the order that is compared. For repeat programs we will quote competitively each time, and volume pricing improves as quantities grow.
