Can ripstop fabric be printed with all-over full-color sublimation?

Yes. Because our technical ripstop is woven from 100% premium polyester yarns, dye sublimation ink vaporizes directly into the polymer fibers under heat and pressure, producing permanent vibrant graphics that never crack, peel, or block fabric breathability.

Does sublimation ink compromise the water-repellent coating?

No. We apply the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) fluoropolymer beading finish after the high-temperature sublimation process. This ensures full rain and moisture beading performance while preserving vivid print resolution.

Can we order custom cut-and-sew finished jackets or fabric yardage only?

Both options are available. We supply completed ready-to-wear windbreaker jackets, tactical vests, and golf caddy bibs, or we can print continuous sublimated ripstop fabric rolls for your own garment factory lines.

How tear-resistant is micro-ripstop compared to regular nylon or taslan?

Micro-ripstop incorporates thicker reinforcement threads woven at 5mm crosshatch intervals. If the fabric is punctured by a nail or thorn during outdoor fieldwork, the tear is physically stopped at the nearest reinforced grid intersection rather than ripping open.
