Owns the production floor
Ask whether cut and sew, embroidery, and sublimation all happen under one roof. A vendor that subcontracts every step cannot control color, sizing, or lead time, and it cannot fix a defect without a third party.

Bulk custom polo shirts direct from the manufacturer. RB Advertising is a full service polo vendor for corporate uniforms, school staff, hospitality crews, and apparel resellers. In house cut and sew, embroidery and sublimation, BIR official invoicing, and nationwide or export delivery.

Ask every polo vendor these six questions before you commit a purchase order.
Most polo vendor problems surface after the deposit is paid: shade drift, late delivery, or a logo that does not match the mockup. These four checks separate a real manufacturer from a middleman who resells whoever is cheapest that week.
Ask whether cut and sew, embroidery, and sublimation all happen under one roof. A vendor that subcontracts every step cannot control color, sizing, or lead time, and it cannot fix a defect without a third party.
A serious polo vendor will send a physical sample or swatch set for approval before the full run. If the only proof offered is a digital mockup, you are approving a color and hand feel you have never held.
Minimum order, lead time, payment schedule, and reorder policy in writing. Vague answers on MOQ or lead time are the first red flag, because they usually mean the number changes once you are committed.
A BIR registered official invoice, a delivery receipt, and a written job order. This is what lets your finance team file withholding tax cleanly and what protects both sides if a batch arrives short or off spec.
The formats, fabrics, decoration methods, minimum order, and lead times we run in our own facility. Use this table to compare us against any other polo vendor quote.
| Polo format | Fabric options | Decoration | Minimum order | Lead time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Corporate pique polo | 100% cotton pique, cotton poly blend | Embroidery, screen print | 12 pieces | 7 to 10 days |
| Honeycomb knit polo | 65/35 honeycomb knit | Embroidery, DTF | 12 pieces | 10 to 12 days |
| Dri Fit performance polo | 100% polyester interlock | Sublimation, embroidery | 10 pieces | 7 to 12 days |
| Full sublimation polo | Spun polyester, honeycomb | All over sublimation | 20 pieces | 10 to 14 days |
| Hospitality staff polo | Cotton poly, soft twill knit | Embroidery, piping trim | 24 pieces | 10 to 14 days |
Lead times start after artwork approval and cover production only. Metro Manila delivery adds 1 to 2 days, provincial delivery adds 2 to 5 days, and export air freight is quoted separately.

Procurement teams get audited, so the paperwork matters as much as the garment. These are the documents and controls we provide with every bulk polo order.
Official sales invoice and BIR Form 2307 support for corporate, government, and cooperative accounts.
DTI and SEC registered with verifiable supplier accreditation documents available on request for vendor onboarding.
Fabric and colorfastness checks plus an AQL inspection before packing, with a signed report issued per batch.
Cartons labeled by size and by site so multi branch deliveries reconcile without a manual count on arrival.
Fabric is held for your account so a reorder six months later still matches the first batch.
One contact for quotes, artwork revisions, and reorders, so you are never routed through a call center.
If your business resells polos to other companies, or if your own team reorders every year, the goal is the same: the second batch should look identical to the first. That is a production habit, not a promise.
We record fabric, Pantone color, logo position, stitch count, and packaging in a permanent job file tied to your account.
Fabric and thread are reserved for your account so the shade does not drift between the first run and the tenth.
Reorder any quantity from 12 pieces on the same terms, with the same lead time and the same unit price band.
The questions buyers ask before they award a bulk polo contract.
Ask for their DTI or SEC registration, a BIR official invoice sample, and a physical polo sample from a live account. Visit or video call the production floor if the order is large. A legitimate manufacturer will answer all three without hesitation, and will not ask for full payment before any sample exists.
Our standard minimum is 12 pieces for embroidered pique and honeycomb polo shirts and 10 pieces for Dri Fit performance polo. Full sublimation polo starts at 20 pieces. You can mix men's and women's cuts and multiple colors inside one order.
Yes. Every order ships with a BIR registered official sales invoice, and we complete BIR Form 2307 withholding tax documentation for corporate, government, and cooperative accounts. This is standard vendor onboarding paperwork for us, not an exception.
Yes. Send a physical sample or the Pantone reference from your last order and we will match it. If the previous run was ours, we pull the original dye lot from your job file so the new batch is indistinguishable from the old one.
Yes. We ship nationwide through LBC, J&T Express, DHL, and FedEx, and we handle export air freight for international buyers. Export orders can ship under our REX status for duty free entry into the European Union. Send your destination and quantity for a landed cost estimate.
