How long does the battery last on heated pants?

The 7.4V rechargeable lithium battery provides 8–10 hours of warmth on the low setting, 5–6 hours on medium, and 3–4 hours on high. A full recharge takes approximately 4 hours via USB-C. For full-shift coverage (12+ hours), we offer dual-battery cargo pants.

Are heated pants safe to wear in wet conditions?

Yes. All heating elements are IP67-rated waterproof, meaning they are protected against rain, splashes, and temporary submersion. The heating elements use low-voltage DC (7.4V) with an auto-shutoff thermostat at 65°C. CE-certified for electrical safety. However, the battery pack should not be submerged for extended periods.

Can I machine wash heated pants?

Yes. Remove the battery pack from the zippered pocket before washing. Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Hang dry only, do not tumble dry. The heating elements and wiring are fully integrated and waterproof, so they survive repeated wash cycles.

Do heated pants work with standard knee pads?

Our cargo and work trouser models include integrated knee pad pockets that fit standard EN 14404 knee pads. The heating elements are routed around the pad pocket so there is no interference. We also sell compatible heated knee pad inserts as an accessory.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is 50 pairs for heated cargo pants and 100 pairs for heated work trousers and base layer pants. Custom branding (embroidered logos) has no additional MOQ beyond the garment minimum. Contact us for sample orders of 10–20 pairs.

Where can the logo be placed on heated pants?

We embroider logos on the right cargo pocket (cargo model), left thigh, and waistband. Maximum embroidery size is 10cm x 10cm on the pocket and 4cm x 12cm on the waistband. Pantone color matching available for thread on bulk orders of 200+ pairs.
