On the low heat setting, the rechargeable 7.4V lithium battery lasts 8 to 10 hours. Medium setting runs 5 to 7 hours, and high heat runs 3 to 5 hours. A full recharge takes approximately 4 hours via USB-C.

Are heated vests safe to wear?

Yes. All our heated vests are CE certified with built-in overheat protection, short-circuit prevention, and auto-shutoff after 30 minutes on high. The heating elements are flexible carbon fiber wires that produce gentle radiant heat with no exposed coils or hotspots.

Can I wash a heated vest in a washing machine?

Remove the battery pack before washing. All three vest styles are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle (30 degrees or below). Do not tumble dry. Air dry only. The wiring and heating elements are sealed and waterproof, but battery removal is mandatory.

Should I wear a heated vest under or over other clothing?

Heated vests work best as a mid-layer, worn over a base layer and under an outer jacket or shell. The lightweight and fleece styles are designed for this layering approach. The padded style can also be worn as an outer layer in mild cold.
