Duty rash guards, boardshorts, tanks, polos, and outer layers for pools, resorts, waterparks, beaches, and municipal aquatics. Printed with roster names, station numbers, and rank bands, so a guard is identifiable from any deck or tower.

Every operation runs a different rotation, a different sun load, and a different seasonal headcount. The kit is scoped to the roster you staff now, with room to add a station mid season.
Each line below is a garment or accessory we build for water safety teams, with the fabric weight and decoration method we recommend for daily duty rather than race day.
| Garment | Fabric weight | Decoration | Where it is used |
|---|---|---|---|
| UV rash guard, long sleeve | 190gsm polyester spandex, UPF 50+ | Full sublimation | Patrol, boat duty, high sun hours |
| UV rash guard, short sleeve | 180gsm polyester spandex | Sublimation or screen print | Deck rotation, tower shifts |
| Boardshorts and jammers | 150gsm quick dry polyester | Sublimation with drawcord | Surf, beach, slide pools |
| Performance tank | 160gsm polyester mesh | Sublimation | Deck drills, hot weather shifts |
| Duty polo | 200gsm cotton poly pique | Embroidery or screen print | Guest facing shifts, front desk |
| Hoodie and parka | 320gsm fleece | Embroidery | Early shifts, night patrol, wet season |
| Cap and bucket hat | Cotton twill | Embroidery | Every outdoor station |
| Whistle and lanyard | Breakaway cord, hi viz weave | Woven label, printed plate | Issued to each guard |
| UV arm sleeve | Elastic polyester, UPF 50+ | Sublimation | Long paddle and board days |
| Poncho | Water repellent nylon | Screen print | Rain response, boat duty |
Ordering a sample before the roster run? Buy a single lifeguard duty rash guard, priced on the product page. Need a swim team or club kit instead of a duty kit? See our swim team apparel and parkas, and our rash guards, swim jammers and board shorts.
A duty kit fails if a guest cannot tell who is on duty or which guard covers which water. Identification is designed into the garment, not added as a badge at the end.
Names sit on the upper back at a size read from 15 metres. Station numbers sit on the chest and cap so a radio call can name a post instead of a person. Rank bands use a single high contrast colour per level, which keeps a rotation readable at a glance during a shift change.
Written for the person who signs the purchase order, not only the person standing on the deck.
12 pieces per design
Split freely across sizes. A 4 guard pool can order 2 pieces each in three sizes.
10 to 14 business days
Counted after mockup approval. Rush production confirmed against your season opening.
Delta E below 2.0
Pantone or hex input. Rescue red, safety orange, and marine navy held on dedicated ink channels.
Fit samples before bulk
Send two guards to try XS to 3XL. Bulk cuts follow the approved sample.
Official receipt plus BIR 2307
Purchase order and resolution to award accepted for LGU and school buyers.
Serialized cartons
Each property receives its own carton, packing list, and size breakdown.
Same dye lot
Designs and colour channels archived, so a top up reads as the same kit on the deck.
DOLE lab certificates
Certificates supplied with the invoice for procurement files and audits.
Three shapes cover most of the facility orders we quote. Yours will differ on headcount and shift pattern, and the quote follows your roster.

The answers facility buyers ask for before a purchase order is raised.
The minimum is 12 pieces per design. You can split those 12 across sizes, so a small pool with 4 guards can order 2 pieces each in three sizes. Larger facility programmes are quoted per kit after a size run is confirmed.
Yes. Roster names, station numbers, rank bands, and site names are printed at no extra design charge. Front and back placement is standard on rash guards, tanks, and polos, and name blocks are set at a legible size from the deck and from a distance.
Resort and hotel pools usually run a 190gsm polyester spandex rash guard because it holds colour through daily chlorine. Beach and surf operations do better with a 150gsm quick dry boardshort built for sand and salt water. Both are quoted in the same order if a facility runs pool and beach stations.
Long sleeve rash guards and UV arm sleeves are built on UPF 50+ rated polyester spandex. Polos and tanks are rated lower because they are woven or pique, so we quote those separately when sun exposure is the main concern.
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days after you approve the mockup. Rush production is available for an extra fee and is confirmed against your season opening date before we accept the order.
Yes. Send Pantone codes, hex values, or a printed swatch and we match to Delta E below 2.0 across the run. Safety orange, rescue red, and marine navy are kept as dedicated ink channels so they stay consistent between reorders.
Yes. Breakaway lanyards, hi viz whistle cords, printed whistle plates, caps, and UV arm sleeves are quoted alongside the garments so a facility can issue a complete duty kit from one supplier and one delivery.
Yes. We are a PhilGEPS Platinum registered supplier and issue official invoices and BIR 2307 for corporate accounts. Government, LGU, and school buyers can order against a purchase order or a resolution to award.
Yes. Designs are archived with their colour channels and size run, so a reorder matches the previous batch even when the guard roster changes. We note the dye lot on every reorder so a top up reads as the same kit on the deck.
Yes. Orders ship nationwide through LBC, JRS, DHL, and FedEx, including island destinations and provincial resorts. Cartons can be serialized per site when one operator runs several properties.
Send the guard headcount, the station list, and your season opening date. We reply with a kit breakdown, a size run, and a lead time for each site.
We build the kit around the stations you staff, the number of guards on shift, and the season you open. Mockups, colour matching, and size runs come before the purchase order, not after it. Testing one piece first? Buy a single duty rash guard.
