What's the minimum order for custom rashguards?
Minimum order is 10 pieces per design. For mixed-size orders, you can split across sizes as long as the total is 10 or more. Sample-piece orders available on request for serious buyers.
What fabric do you use for rashguards?
We use an 82% polyester / 18% spandex blend with UPF 50+ sun protection, 4-way stretch, and chlorine-resistant sublimation. Available in 200gsm (lightweight competition) and 240gsm (heavy-duty surf) weights.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days after mockup approval. Rush orders (5 to 7 days) are available for an additional fee depending on quantity and fabric availability.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Send us your size breakdown (e.g., 4 Small, 8 Medium, 6 Large, 2 XL) and we'll confirm stock and pricing. Youth sizes available down to XS for swim-team and academy use.
Do you offer swim jammers for competition?
Yes. We make FINA-compliant knee-length jammers for competitive swimmers. Polyester-spandex blend with internal drawcord and flatlock seams. Sublimated team colors and logos.
Can you add sponsor logos to rashguards?
Absolutely. We add sponsor logos on the chest, sleeve, back, or thigh at no extra charge. Just send us the high-resolution logo files and specify placement. Multiple sponsor zones supported.
Are the prints chlorine-resistant?
Yes. Sublimation inks are bonded at the fiber level during the heat-press process, so they resist chlorine, saltwater, sunscreen, and sweat fade. We've tested for 100+ wash cycles with no measurable color shift.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all Philippine addresses via LBC, JRS, DHL, and FedEx. Metro Manila and major cities typically receive orders in 1 to 3 days. Provincial and island destinations in 3 to 7 days.
Can you make matching board shorts with the rashguards?
Yes. We offer matching quick-dry board shorts with the same sublimation design. Available in 17", 19", and 21" outseams. Perfect for surf school uniforms and beach-club rental stock.
Do you make grappling spats and BJJ gis?
We make sublimated grappling spats (compression tights for BJJ/no-gi). We don't currently make traditional BJJ gis. Spats ship on the same production run as rashguards.
Can you do a single sample piece before bulk order?
Yes, sample pieces are available for a small upcharge that credits back on your bulk order. Recommended for academies and clubs who want to test fit and fabric before committing to 30+ pieces.
