What is the minimum order for a performance activewear program?
From 20 pieces per design for performance tees and training tops, and from 5 pieces for a private label sample or trial run. Contract volumes from 1,000 pieces use the same patterns and labels.
Can you produce a custom performance sports t-shirt to our own fit?
Yes. Send a tech pack or a reference garment. We develop the pattern, grade it across your size curve, and submit a pre production sample for written approval.
Do you offer quick dry sublimation production?
Yes. As an OEM quick dry sublimation t-shirt factory we print raw fabric panels before cutting, so the graphic is fused into the fiber and never cracks, peels or adds weight.
Is an anti odor finish available?
Yes. We can apply an anti odor performance finish to polyester builds for training and teamwear programs that want the garment to stay fresh through repeated use.
What are the lead times and payment terms?
Standard production runs 7 to 12 business days after sample approval. Payment is a down payment to start production with the balance on completion. Approved enterprise accounts can request purchase order terms.
