What Fits Each Tier
Not every order can be rushed. This is the at-a-glance matrix we use when customers ask. If your order falls outside these guidelines, we'll tell you on the quote and suggest the closest tier that works.
How Rush Orders Work
Cutoff times are explicit because production starts the moment your file is approved. The earlier the file lands, the more likely we hit your deadline.
Send File & Deadline
Send the artwork and your drop-dead delivery date. We confirm the rush tier that matches and quote the surcharge in writing.
Approve Mock-up
We send a layout mock-up within 30 minutes during business hours. Approve fast so we can start the production clock.
Pay & Lock Slot
Full payment or 50% deposit locks the production slot. We'll cancel the rush if payment doesn't land by the cutoff.
Pickup or Ship
Same-day pickup by 5 PM, or courier dispatch by 6 PM. We text the tracking number the moment it leaves the branch.
Rush Shirt Printing FAQs
Questions about cutoffs, surcharges, and what happens if the deadline slips.
What counts as the cutoff time?
Cutoff means your final artwork file (approved mock-up) and full payment or deposit have both arrived in our system. If either is still outstanding at cutoff, the production clock starts the moment both are in.
Can I change the design after the rush starts?
Design changes after production starts cost a re-setup fee and reset the production clock. For rush orders, we strongly recommend approving the mock-up before paying the deposit. One corrected file is included in the rush price; subsequent corrections are billed separately.
What if I miss the cutoff by 30 minutes?
Tell us immediately. We will start production if there is still enough time in the day to hit the deadline, or we will move your order to the next tier at the original surcharge. We never miss a deadline silently - we tell you within 30 minutes of the cutoff if there is a problem.
Do you ship rush orders nationwide?
Yes via LBC, J&T Express, Shopee, or Lazada. Same-day and 24-hour rush orders are best picked up at our Tagum or CDO branch because next-day provincial shipping is not guaranteed. For Cebu, Iloilo, Davao, or Cagayan de Oro, the 24-hour rush is usually deliverable on day 2.
Can I get a rush on a 1,000-piece corporate order?
1,000+ pieces need at least 5 working days. The screen-burning and press capacity for 1,000+ pieces is the bottleneck, not our willingness to work overtime. If your deadline is genuinely impossible, we will tell you and offer the closest achievable timeline plus a partial split shipment if helpful.
Is same-day rush available on weekends?
No. Production runs Monday-Friday. We are closed on Philippine public holidays. Saturday pickup is available for pre-paid orders only and must be requested by Friday 5 PM.
How do I pay the rush deposit?
Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank), GCash, or PayMongo. We send the payment instructions in the quote so you have everything in one place. Production starts the moment payment confirms.
What if the order is late because of a print defect?
On the rare occasion that a rush order slips because of a defect on our end, we discount the rush surcharge and reprint the affected pieces at no charge. We do not refund the rush fee if the delay was caused by missed cutoff, file changes, or shipping carrier delays.
