How Trade Printing Works

Four-step process from your blank garments to finished inventory. Most orders ship within 7–14 business days.

Send Your Garments

Drop off at our Tagum or CDO branch, or ship to us via LBC / J&T. Include a packing slip with quantities per size, color, and print placement. Garments must arrive unworn, unwashed, free of sizing tags if heat-press printing.

Submit Artwork

Email your print-ready file (vector AI/EPS for silkscreen and embroidery; PNG 300 DPI for DTF; PNG/TIFF 150+ DPI for sublimation). Reference our embroidery, DTF, silkscreen, or sublimation specs.

Mockup & Quote

Within 1 business day, we send a placement mockup, method recommendation, and fixed-price quote. You approve before any printing starts. Need a Pantone strike proof? ₱1,500 surcharge, refunded on 100+ piece orders.

We Print, QC, and Ship

Each garment passes trim-and-inspection. We ship back to you (or your customer, if you provide a shipping label) via LBC, J&T, or your courier of choice. Tracking provided within 24 hours of dispatch.

We print on anything we can hoop, screen, or press. Common customer-supplied items:

Polos & Button-Downs

Most common. Cotton, poly-cotton, dri-fit. Embroidery on left chest + back yoke is our highest-margin print job.

T-Shirts & Sando

100% cotton, tri-blend, polyester. DTF for full-color photos; silkscreen for bulk 1–4 color logos; sublimation on poly only.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

Cotton fleece, poly-cotton blend. Embroidery on left chest for premium feel; DTF for full-back designs. Hoop clearance: ~14" × 16".

Caps & Headwear

Structured, unstructured, snapback, dad hat. Embroidery on front / side / back. 3D puff available. Send with care - embroidery hoops don't tolerate crushed crowns.

Tote Bags & Drawstrings

Canvas, cotton, non-woven, polyester. DTF for photo-real; silkscreen for bulk; sublimation on white poly only.

Towels & Microfiber

Sublimation only. Polyester content 60%+. Send flat, not folded - fold lines show on finished print.

Jackets & Vests

Varsity, bomber, windbreaker, blazer, safety vest. Embroidery + DTF combo available. Hoop clearance varies - confirm before sending.

Custom Cut Panels

Pre-cut fabric panels for sewing contractors. DTF and sublimation work on flat panels better than finished garments.

Garment sourcing add-on: If you'd rather not source yourself, we can source blanks at wholesale + 15% handling fee. Common options: Yalex, A2Z, Crown, Softex, Blackhorse, ETC cotton blanks. Tell us your target garment when requesting a quote.

Setup fees: Silkscreen screens billed once per design (₱500 per color, reusable on reorders). Embroidery digitizing ₱1,000 per logo. DTF and sublimation have no setup fees.

What is trade printing?

Trade printing = print-only fulfillment. You supply blank garments, we print your artwork (silkscreen, DTF, embroidery, or sublimation), then we ship the printed garments back to you or directly to your customers. No garment markup, no sourcing required.

Do you source the garments, or only print what I send?

Both. Most trade orders are print-only - you send the blanks. If you'd rather not source yourself, we can source from local wholesale suppliers (Yalex, A2Z, Crown, Softex, Blackhorse, ETC) at cost + 15% handling fee. Tell us your target when requesting a quote.

What's the minimum order?

DTF and sublimation: 1 piece. Embroidery: 20 pieces (digitizing fee waived at 300+). Silkscreen: 50 pieces (screen-burning fees below that make smaller runs uneconomical - DTF or vinyl is usually cheaper for under 50).

How long does trade printing take?

Mockup: 1 business day. Print + QC: 5–10 business days depending on method and quantity. Shipping back: 1–5 days nationwide (LBC, J&T). Rush orders accepted where capacity allows - surcharges may apply.

Can you print on garments I already own?

Yes - that's the core of trade printing. Send a photo of the fabric first so we can confirm hoop clearance (embroidery) or heat-press tolerance (DTF, sublimation). We won't take responsibility for damage to garments that can't be unstitched if the design needs adjustments.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for silkscreen and embroidery. Raster (PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD) at 300+ DPI for DTF and sublimation. See per-method specs: embroidery · DTF · silkscreen · sublimation.

Can you ship directly to my customers (dropship)?

Yes - available on 50+ piece trade orders. Send us a CSV with customer names, addresses, and tracking notes. We ship in plain packaging with your branding if you provide a packing slip. Drop-ship adds ₱30/piece handling.

What if my garments arrive damaged or short?

Report shortages or damage within 48 hours of receipt. We photograph all incoming trade shipments for documentation. We'll print additional pieces at-cost to compensate verified shortages (up to 5% overage expected - industry standard for screen-printing).

Do you provide Pantone color matching?

Yes - silkscreen inks mixed to PMS Coated or Uncoated codes; embroidery threads stocked in 200+ PMS-matched colors. Strike proof available for ₱1,500 (refunded on 100+ pc orders). DTF approximates PMS via CMYK conversion - exact match not guaranteed.
