Questions

Vinyl heat transfer FAQ

How many colors can a vinyl transfer print?

Vinyl is built for one to three colors. Each color is a separate cut film, so adding colors adds cost. For full color or photographic artwork, DTF or sublimation is the better fit and we will recommend it.

Will vinyl crack on dri-fit or jersey fabric?

Not if the correct film is used. We use stretch thermal vinyl on performance and spandex blends so the transfer flexes with the garment instead of cracking.

Can you do names and numbers individually?

Yes. Individual player names and numbers are a standard vinyl job. Send a roster with name, size, and number per player and we press each set to match.

Do you offer reflective and glow vinyl?

Yes. Reflective vinyl is used for crew and event staff apparel, and glow in the dark film is available for events, esports, and novelty drops.

What is the minimum order for vinyl heat transfers?

From 20 pieces per design. Smaller quantities can be quoted on request, and volume pricing improves from 100 pieces upward.
