What is the difference between white label and private label services?
White label uses ready made, standardized blank garments that are kept in stock, allowing you to rebrand them with your custom neck tags, hem labels, and prints from as low as 10 pieces with fast 3 to 7 day turnaround. Private label involves custom cut and sew manufacturing from raw fabric rolls based on your proprietary pattern grading, taking 10 to 18 days with higher minimums.
Can you remove existing manufacturer tags and add our own neck labels?
Yes. We use tear away tag blanks or carefully unpick sewn tags, replacing them with your custom woven damask labels, printed satin care tags, or high resolution heat transfer collar prints that include your brand logo, fabric content, and care instructions.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for white label orders?
Our white label program starts at just 10 pieces per design. You can mix standard sizes (Small through 2XL) within that minimum. For larger volumes starting from 50 pieces, unit costs decrease significantly.
Do you offer blind shipping directly to our customers or stockists?
Yes. We offer complete white glove blind drop shipping. Shipping manifests, carton labels, and packaging tape feature only your brand name and designated return address. No RB Advertising marketing materials, invoices, or factory identifiers are ever included.
What artwork format should I provide for prints and neck labels?
We accept vector files in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF, EPS, or high resolution transparent PNG files at 300 DPI. For inside neck transfers, please keep line thickness at least 0.5 points to ensure crisp transfer legibility.
Can you handle international export shipping for foreign brands?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, air cargo, and ocean container freight. Philippine apparel exported to the EU and UK benefits from preferential tariff treatment under GSP+, and US imports are exempt from Section 301 China surcharges.
