Dial 0962 2521 094 (Smart). The city posts this number whenever the landline hotline is down.
Send a text instead
Text 0908 899 3333, the Pasig KaTXT line. It accepts text messages only, so do not expect a call back on that number. Include your barangay, street, and landmark.

Your exact location
Barangay, street, house number, and a landmark everyone knows. If you are not sure where you are, read the nearest signage or building name.
What is happening
Say the type of emergency, how many people are affected, and whether anyone is injured or trapped. Add anything dangerous nearby such as a live wire or a gas tank.
Your name and callback number
Give the name of the person reporting and a phone number that will stay reachable. A responder may call back for directions.
Stay on the line
Let the dispatcher end the call. They may need to repeat instructions or keep you on while a team is being sent.

- 6 March 2026 8643 0000 was temporarily unanswered for about an hour for scheduled fogging at the Pasig City Sports Center. The city gave 0962 2521 094 as the report line.
- 10 September 2025 The hotline was restored after downed posts along Caruncho Avenue damaged the line.
