Racerback, fitted, flowy, longline, and cropped tank tops and crop tops for gyms, yoga and dance studios, resorts, schools, events, and retail lines. Cut on women's blocks from XS to 3XL and printed in full colour, so the shape holds through movement rather than pulling at the armhole.

Starting prices shown. The final quote depends on quantity, fabric, and decoration.
The silhouette decides how the garment moves, where the print falls, and how the piece is worn after the event. Most studio and event runs land on two of these.
A narrow racer back with a deep scoop front. The default training and run shape, and the one that takes the largest back panel print.
A darted body cut close through the waist and bust. Suits studio wear and stage kit where a clean line matters more than airflow.
A relaxed A line with a gathered back seam. Popular for retreats, resort wear, and retail lines because one size range covers more bodies.
An extended hem that drops below the hip. Worn over leggings, and it gives the longest uninterrupted panel for a full print.
A shortened hem that sits at the waist. The crop line is set from the mockup, so it lands where it should across the whole size run.
A close fitting crop in polyester spandex built for training. Pairs with leggings and sports bras cut on the same production run.
A training crop and a resort tank fail for opposite reasons. One needs stretch and recovery, the other wants a soft hand feel against the skin. The fibre and the weight follow the use.
Want the set rather than the single garment? See our sports bras, yoga leggings, and yoga tops, and we can cut a matching studio set on one production run.
Yours will differ on headcount and shape mix, and the quote follows your brief rather than a fixed package.
A tank top shows the armhole and the strap, so a size taken from a men's pattern reads wrong long before the garment is worn. We grade each women's shape on its own block.
Every women's shape is graded across the full range rather than stopping at a mid size.
Armhole, bust shaping, and strap width are drafted for the shape, not scaled from a men's pattern.
Two people try the range before the bulk cut. Almost all sizing risk leaves the order at that step.
The size run is split the way you need it, by section, house, or registration list.
Pieces that most women's runs include, so the colourway and the print match across the set.
The answers buyers ask for before a women's tank top run is confirmed.
Yes. Women's tank tops and crop tops are cut on women's blocks rather than scaled down from a men's pattern. That keeps the armhole, the bust shaping, the strap width, and the hem placement correct from XS to 3XL, which is where a scaled men's pattern usually fails.
Racerback, fitted with a darted body, flowy with a relaxed A line, longline, cropped, and active crop. Neck depth, strap width, and hem length are confirmed from the mockup, so a shape that sits between two standards is still built to the brief.
There is no strict minimum on catalog styles and pricing is more competitive from 10 pieces. You can split those pieces across sizes, so a studio can order six sizes and still get a proper run. Gym, studio, and event orders are usually 24 to 200 pieces.
For training, yoga, and dance we recommend polyester spandex from 150 to 180 GSM because it is sweat wicking, quick drying, and holds its shape through movement. For resort, retail, and souvenir lines we cut combed cotton and cotton blends from 180 GSM where a soft hand feel matters more than stretch.
Yes. Cropped and active crop shapes run on the same brief as a full length tank top, with the hem placement confirmed from the mockup so the crop line sits where it should rather than where the fabric ran out.
Yes. Racerback tanks, sports bras, crop tops, and leggings can be cut on one production run so the colourway and the print match across every piece in the set. Send the full piece list and we quote it as one programme.
Bulk production runs 7 to 12 business days after you approve the mockup. Rush production is available for an extra fee and is confirmed against your event or class start date before we accept the order.
Yes. Send Pantone codes, hex values, or a printed swatch and we match to Delta E below 2.0 across the run, with a lab dip approved before bulk. This keeps a later top up reading as the same set even when it is printed weeks apart.
Yes. Women's shapes are graded from XS to 3XL on the women's block rather than stopping at a mid range and stretching the next size up. Sending two people to try a fit sample before the bulk cut is the fastest way to confirm the armhole and the strap.
Orders ship nationwide through LBC, JRS, DHL, and FedEx, including island and provincial addresses. We are a PhilGEPS Platinum registered supplier and issue official invoices and BIR 2307, and we accept a purchase order or a resolution to award for government, LGU, and school buyers.
Send the quantity, the silhouettes, the size breakdown, and the artwork. We reply with a mockup, a size run, and a lead time for each design.
Tell us the silhouette, the fabric, and who wears it, and we will confirm the women's block and the size range before anything is cut. Mockup, lab dip, and fit sample come first.
