Four ways to print a tank top
The method follows the design, not the price list. A full photographic print and a single chest badge need different processes even when they land on the same garment.
DTF transfer
Full colour film transfers for cotton and blends. Suits small logos, photographic artwork, and mixed orders where the print sits on one panel only.
Silkscreen
Bold spot colours per screen, with the strongest hand feel and the best unit cost at volume. The standard choice for one or two colour club prints.
Embroidery
Stitched logos for resort, spa, corporate, and uniform tank tops. Tajima embroidery with a raised finish that survives industrial laundering.

Sizing and fit
A size run that fits the people who wear it
A tank top shows more of the body than a shirt, so a size guessed from a tee pattern reads wrong at the armhole and at the hem. We grade each shape on its own block and confirm a fit sample before bulk.
Men's and women's shapes are graded separately from XS to 3XL. Women's tank tops and crop tops are cut on women's blocks rather than scaled down from a men's pattern, which keeps the armhole, the bust dart, and the strap width correct across the full range. Bulk prices are quoted after the size run is confirmed, not before.

There is no strict minimum on our catalog styles, and pricing is more competitive from 10 pieces. You can split those pieces freely across sizes, so a studio with six members can order two sizes and still get a proper run. Teams, schools, and resorts usually order 24 to 200 pieces in a single batch.
Can you print tank tops in full colour?
Yes. All over sublimation prints edge to edge on polyester, so the design runs from neckline to hem with no white gaps and no colour limit. We also run DTF transfer, silkscreen, and embroidery on tank tops when a smaller logo or a textured finish suits the design better.
Which fabric is used for tank tops?
Performance tank tops are built on polyester that is sweat wicking, lightweight, breathable, and quick drying, which suits gyms, sports, and outdoor work in Philippine heat. Yes. Roster names, player numbers, sponsor logos, team badges, and event dates print at no extra design charge. Front and back placement is standard, and we set name blocks at a size that reads across a court or from a stage.
Do you make women's tank tops and crop tops?
Yes. Women's tank tops and crop tops are cut on women's blocks rather than scaled from a men's pattern, in racerback, fitted, flowy, longline, and cropped shapes from XS to 3XL. They suit gyms, dance and yoga studios, resort wear, and retail lines.
What tank top shapes can we order?
The common shapes are crew neck, racerback, muscle cut with a wide armhole, drop armhole, longline, and cropped. Neckline depth, strap width, and hem length are set from the mockup, so a design that needs a deeper scoop or a wider strap is confirmed visually before we cut.
How long does production take?
Bulk production runs 7 to 12 business days after you approve the mockup. Rush production is available for an extra fee and is confirmed against your event or season date before we accept the order.
Can you match our brand or team colours?
Yes. Send Pantone codes, hex values, or a printed swatch and we match to Delta E below 2.0 across the run, with a lab dip for approval before bulk. This keeps a reorder reading as the same kit even when a later batch is printed weeks apart.
Do you deliver tank tops nationwide?
Yes. Orders ship nationwide through LBC, JRS, DHL, and FedEx, including island and provincial addresses. Our branches are at Mankilam, Tagum City and at Ficcoville, Iponan, Cagayan de Oro, and bulk orders can be collected from either location.
Do you issue official receipts and BIR 2307?
Yes. We are a PhilGEPS Platinum registered supplier and issue official invoices and BIR 2307 for corporate accounts. Government offices, LGUs, and schools can order against a purchase order or a resolution to award.
