Blank Sweatshirt Supply or a Fully Branded Run
Some brands decorate in their own studio, and some want the garment finished before it ships. Both are the same programme with a different end point.
Blank supply
Sweatshirt and pullover blanks arrive undecorated, tagged with your label and packed to your artwork, ready for your own print or embroidery floor. This is the route clothing lines take when the decoration is part of their in house process.
Branded run
The garment is decorated in house before packing, using embroidery, a woven patch, a silicone badge or a heat transfer, then finished with your labels and hangtags.
How Low the Minimum Goes
Running a small brand should not mean paying for a container of stock. The floor depends on whether the silhouette is already on the line.

Decoration Methods for Sweatshirt Fabric
Fleece and French terry take decoration differently from a flat knit, so the method is chosen against the fabric.
Tajima embroidery
Crests, lettering and fine line marks, applied in house at the chest, yoke, sleeve or nape.
Woven patch and badge
A woven patch sewn at the edge, or a moulded silicone badge for a matte mark that keeps its shape.
Heat transfer
For fine detail and gradients that embroidery cannot hold, applied to the body panel.

What is the minimum order on a private label sweatshirt?
Catalog styles start from 5 to 10 pieces. A made to order programme with your fabric and trim starts at 20 pieces per design.
Can you supply undecorated blanks as well as a finished run?
Yes. Blanks can ship undecorated with your label already sewn in, or the garment can be decorated in house before packing.
Whose label goes on the garment?
Yours. Your neck label and care label are sewn in during assembly, and no RB Advertising label, tag or marking goes on a private label order.
Which decoration methods do you offer?
Tajima embroidery, a woven patch sewn at the edge, a moulded silicone badge, and heat transfer for fine detail and gradients.
What fabric weights are available for athleisure sweatshirts?
Polyester fleece across the 200 to 300 GSM range, and French terry from 360 to 400 GSM for a heavier body.
How long does a private label run take?
Bulk production normally takes 7 to 12 days after sample, artwork and payment approval. Shipping time is additional.
Can the size range be extended beyond the standard ladder?
The graded ladder runs to 4XL, and oversized grading patterns are available where a programme needs to go beyond that.
Do you supply hangtags and polybags?
Yes. Hangtags, folding, polybags and carton marks are supplied to your artwork, so stock arrives ready for your warehouse.
Is a sample produced before the bulk run?
Yes. A physical sample is approved before the bulk run starts, so fabric handfeel and the decoration placement are confirmed before cutting.
Where are the garments made?
Cut and sew, embroidery and finishing run on our own lines in Tagum City and Cagayan de Oro in the Philippines.
